The first local station of Radio Plus set up in 1992 in Gdansk. Since then the Radio Plus network, both catholic and commercial, has developed continuously in spite of serious financial problems which have made it to go bankrupt in 2001. Fortunately some new investors have made it possible to revive the radio without any basic change to its obvious catholic position.
Radio Plus now groups together 25 radio stations spread over the polish territory (see attached map) et employs over 100 people. The annual operating budget is about 1 million €
